Paddle Surf Rental Terms & Conditions – Ocean Trails Mallorca

By renting equipment from Ocean Trails Mallorca, you agree to the following:

1. Service Scope
   The present service consists solely of the rental of paddle surf equipment. No additional services (e.g., guide, insurance, instruction) are included unless expressly stated.

2. Delivery & Pickup
   Home delivery and pickup of the paddle surf kit is available within the Calvià and Palma areas.

3. Rental Kit Contents
   Each paddle surf rental kit includes:

• 1 Inflatable paddle board

• 1 Adjustable paddle

• 1 Manual pump

• 1 Transport backpack

4. Rental Period & Pricing
   The customer may rent one or more paddle kits for the selected days, based on availability.
   Each kit (board + paddle) has a rental fee of €20 per day.

5. Acceptance of Terms
   By renting the equipment, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and accepted the General Rental Terms & Conditions, which form part of this agreement.

6. Payment & Cancellation Policy
   Full payment is required at the time of reservation.

• 100% refund if cancelled more than 24 hours in advance.

• No refund if cancelled within 24 hours of the rental start time.

7. Optional Equipment
   Life jackets and helmets are available for an additional fee of €5 per item, per day.

8. Usage Area & Responsibility
   The customer may use the equipment within the area of Mallorca.
   The customer is fully responsible for the equipment during the rental period.
   The material may not be stored at Ocean Trails Mallorca’s designated area before the official end of the rental. Early return will be considered as final and non-refundable.

9. Pickup & Return Schedule

   A security deposit of €100 per board is required when rentd per days. This can be paid in cash, via Bizum, or held on a credit/debit card. The deposit will be refunded upon return of the equipment in proper condition.

   It must be returned before 8:00 PM on ____ / ________ / 202___
   All rentals must be returned by 8:00 PM on the agreed return date at the Ocean Trails Mallorca drop-off point:
   Joan Lluis Estelrich 14, 07003

   Meeting point agreed in Palma City between Ocean Trails Mallorca and the client at the time of delivery of the equipment if it is not at the indicated address.
   Late returns will incur a penalty of €20 per day, starting from 8:00 PM on the return date.

10. Damage or Loss
    The customer is fully responsible for any damage or loss of the rented equipment during the rental period.
    Replacement value:

• Paddle Board (Waterfall Flow 10.6): €300

• Paddle : €100

• Pump: €50

11. Liability Disclaimer
    Ocean Trails Mallorca is not liable for the manner in which the customer uses the rented equipment or for any injury or damage caused to themselves or third parties.

12. Misuse of Equipment
    Ocean Trails Mallorca is not liable for any injury or damage caused to the customer or third parties due to misuse or improper handling of the rented equipment.
